Hello all!
What a day...
In IWC I worked with almost my same group as last time as we went through rheotical situation stuff (I don't know...I didn't do so hot on the quiz...sorry I don't read for each silly little detail!) Elena (sp?) and Marie. I know Elena (sp?) from Catering once...
Breakfast was with Natasha, Jenna, Ashley, Marie and Andrea (from the class), and this one other girl whose name I forget.
Intro To Lit was interesting. I got 100% on a quiz for the reading I barely did. The Prof kept looking at me (you know those long awkward intervals when they're addressing the whole class but only looking at you!) so I played with my hair. It was funny.
Came back to the room after lunch, said Hey to Jasmine, and she responded in a what I said to be tired and/or sad. She said "No, I'm just not animated." Fiesty! Turns out she's stressed (according to Facebook)...hm...
I should start on homework! Or sleep or something...

How's It Going?
Hello all!
I still do not have my homework done. I'll prolly get to bed at like 1. I have sixty pages to read. Academic Writer and Critical Theory.
I had a busy as crap day.
At six-thirty, I get a text from Jordan saying he'll be coming to campus to watch his brother wrestle. I start walking to where it'll be at 6:41. I bring a book (Eating the Dinosaur...homework) with to pass the time. They arrived! Haha they didn't see me at first!
Watching wrestling was fun! College wrestling is INTENSE!! I like it!! I had to keep pestering Jordan about why the ref was doing something or whatever trivial things one would expect from a fourth-time watcher...sorry Jordan for so much pestering about, but thanks for doing it!! Twas great catching up and seeing you!!
How's it going? he asked. That's all it took. We'd barely ever spoken before! I was shocked so I didn't answer for a few seconds because I was shocked and frozen that those words would ever be uttered to me. I made sure he was not looking elsewhere before answering. It was an amazing feeling! Totally insignificant but really shows...character? I was awestruck.
Got back and took Shanna's phone (from Miranda and Kjersti's room) and ran it to Allie to hide. Shanna, Kjersti, and Miranda attacked me and picked up and whatnot. Then Miranda went to my room while they called the phone. Allie answered haha! I told them I didn't have it and it wasn't in my room or Shanna's mailbox :P
Then I started looking for my family history...so difficult...I'll have to get the info from mom later...Jesse offered to take me home on Friday! Woo! I'd like to go! Saves me laundry money :P

And I Thought I Was Loud In the Mornings...
Hello all!
Today has turned out pretty well I guess...just doing some German right now...
Okay so this morning Jasmine had to get up early for swimming. She told me before we went to bed and I was like okay. I woke up when I heard her alarm because I thought it was mine going off. I tried to go back to sleep, but she was quite loud, I'm sad to say. She opened and closed her dresser drawers quickly (making the loud sliding noise) and I think I heard her opening the closet. I tried to drown all that out, but then she let the door slam on her way out. Wow. Not fun at 5:40-6 in the morning.
I'm texting my mom while I'm typing this. She lost her Walmart receipt for Little House and a CD of mine (Christmas Cheers), but found it in her new coat pocket today! hahaa
I sent off my letter today to home containing my check, an Arby's coupon, and reference letters. And a letter. Nothing much. Just thought it'd give them something to oogle at :)
I'm going to finish my German now.

I Has A Secret

I has a secret and I can't tell anyone. But it's soooooooooo exciting and squee-worthy! Tehe!
Ah gosh! How can I protect this? Really?! Oh it's good to be in the know! Mylanta this is swell news!!!! SQUEEEEEEE. And it's being put in its place. If you understand me. Haha. I cannot tell anyone.
Giggle. I am prolly so giddy right now because it is bloody 1 am when I'm finishing this. :P
Okay. Serious now. I have been entrusted with something awesome! And wanted to remember when for...ah, you thought I was going to write it, didn't you?
Gotta read Beowulf now.

Sugar We're Going Down
Hello all!
I just got back from a dance a little while ago. It was Two Days' Notice. They swore a lot for being on a Christian campus.
I started out going with Shanna and Allie, but then I couldn't find them! So I hung out with Natasha, Heather, and Ashley. We got our picture together in the photo booth! The dude taking the pictures was a SUPER CUTE blond! With blue eyes! Reminded me of Adonis on Halloween.
I knew some of the songs. I'd say over half were country, and I knew only the chorus' basically.
OMG! When I was hanging with Ashley, this guy in an orange shirt and hat was, like, trying to hit on us or something! It was CREEEEEPY! And funny...so we ran away! lol
Krista tagged on. Ugh. Sorry.
The drummer was cute.
The Shots guys were there!!
I straightened my hair!! :)
So all I got done today was finishing the last few pages of The Great Gatsby and writing like two sentences of my paper.
Jasmine had Greek on so I watched that basically all day with her while I tried to read. And I didn't get up 'til late.
Um...I need sleep.

Day and Night
Hello all!!
So last night was...cool!
First, I went to Sabrina's birthday party. Along with Kjersti, Shanna, and Miranda. We ate cake, talked, ate pizza, and finished the night with Apples to Apples.
Then I come back to the room and chill a while. Start some homework, read The Great Gatsby, etc. I get a text from Jasmine asking if her and Jordan can watch a movie in the room. I say sure and leave. It's 11:30 pm.
I go to the Main Lounge. The very cold lounge. And start learning elvish and listening to J. R. R. Tolkien read from The Hobbit and also from The Lord of the Rings. It inspires me to go find some Elvish and learn what my name is and whatnot. And I was talking to a very reluctant Suzanne. I still never found out what was really wrong...she was knitting and watching Veggietales (which I still haven't seen).
So anyways. I pick up The Great Gatsby and continue reading. By 1:30 a.m., I'm bloody tired! And super cold! I know I didn't have any movies over two hours long (except for Pirates of the Caribbean or Greek combined or MASH combined). So I gathered up my stuff, walked to the room, and listened at the door. I was a miffed. I figured she fell asleep and forgot to text me. So then I walk to Shanna and Allie's because I saw their light was on. They were Facebooking. I explained my predicament, and Shanna suggested that I text her. That didn't work as I had no bars in their room. So then I decide to do the inevitable. I knocked on the door and walked in. They were in bed together. He had a sweatshirt on the ground. I drop off my stuff and Jasmine wakes up and apologizes for not texting. I tell her it's okay (though I was SUPER awkwarded out and a little upset--hey, it was early morning! I have a right to be irritable). Anyways, Jordan hops off the loft, I grab my toothbrush and proceed out of the room and down the hall to the bathroom. When I came out, he was coming out, too. I went back in--feigning forgotten something--and came out. He said "See ya." and I responded the same. Then I went to Shanna and Allie's room again and told them what happened, then went back to my room.
Jasmine apologized again and said that was really awkward and that nothing happened (thank goodness!) so I was way more comfortable. :) Then we had a long talk about...random things and we bonded! :)
Around 2 a.m. I get a text from my mom (SUPER random!) that said Cenex got robbed!!! I was a little freaked out! Jesse wasn't working, thank God. But yeah, clerk was held at gunpoint and the robber got away. The police took forever to get there apparently. Oh the joys of small town life.
Then I got up and took a shower at noon. :) When I stepped out of the shower, some really random opera-like music was playing and I was taken off guard. lol
I'm going to go eat.
