Shoes Feel Weird...

...after wearing slippers for hours. :P

Hello all!

I just finished reading half of The Great Gatsby. I must admit, it has tickled my fancy. It's...interesting. And I cannot make out the narrator's character. He seems to want to stick to himself, but will go along with others (people pleaser or just bored).

It'd be cool to be an English professor with a doctorate. Dr. Tiff. Or does that just sound like a cheesy soap opera? Teheeee

I love milk. I've been drinking it straight from the carton to save on dishes. And because I'm a bit lazy. At the moment.

I still have to write the Gatsby reflection paper!! GAhhhhh!!

Oh! So at the Interview Skills workshop tonight, I learned BUNCHES! And tons of what I'm doing wrong. A good tip for eye contact is to memorize what color eyes they have. And stay positive! And Jocelyn was there! We sat by each other! Also Garrett and...crap what's his name...anyway, a dude from my old Wellness class (and now Brit Lit class).

Brit Lit was SUPER fun today! We acted out the Battle of Maldon. And we got, like, halfway done. We had a sword, viking hat, and "spear." Oh, and the causeway made with tape on the floor.

German was pretty dull. There's another dude in the class! Kinda cute. Good with German. He has a gage though! :O

So...after the interview thing, I came back to the room and read. Then went to the floor meeting (pointless!). We started by playing a mass game of rock-paper-scissors. Then talked about the community agreement and roommate agreement. *sigh*

I'm applying to be an RA! Woo! Prolly won't get it though! But whatev's. :P Life goes on.

Then I got cheese curds. And read.

Then I walked back to the dorm, read, and just took a shower.

I'm going to write my paper now.

Thanks!
God Bless!
Tiff
